Toolbar will not display

Standard Toolbar with file menu will not display. Below is how to force a reset on the toolbars

outcmd.dat

Keeps toolbar customizations. Resetting this will restore the Toolbar to default and recreates the icons that some add-ins might have installed.
  • Windows XP
    C:Documents and Settings%username%Application DataMicrosoftOutlook
  • Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8
    C:Users%username%AppDataRoamingMicrosoftOutlook

extend.dat

  • Windows XP
    C:Documents and Settings%username%Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlook
  • Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8
