To share an Exchange Email folder:
- In the left pane, right-click the folder you want to share.
- View the sharing properties.
- In 2003, select Sharing.
- In 2007/2010/2013, select Properties….
- Select the Permissions tab.
- Click the Add… button.
- Navigate to and select the person to whom you want to assign access.
- Near the bottom of the window, click the Add button.
- Click OK.
- From the Permission Level: drop-down list, select the level of access you want the person to have.
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
Note: You must give folder visible permissions to the root of the folder and the mailbox
